Every Camp has its rules.  As does Camp Thicket.

Please abide by our rules.  They are for your benefit.

 

Check In:

Groups are to check in at the office upon arrival.  You will be given a count sheet to be kept daily, keys to your building complex, pool key and main gate key.  These are to be returned to the office before departure.

 

Supervision

Groups must provide adequate CONTINUOUS ADULT SUPERVISION of minor campers while at Camp Thicket.  The Camp accepts NO responsibility for campers while at the camp.

 

Lifeguard

THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.  Groups must furnish their own safety people.  No food or drink allowed in the pool area.

 

Camping Supplies

Campers must furnish their own:  food, beverages, ice, paper towels, dish detergent, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, bath mats and toilet articles.  We do have ice machines.

 

Camp Buildings

Area and buildings are to be left clean and in the condition found.  The cost of excessive clean up or repairs of damages will be deducted from the deposit or if they exceed the deposit, groups are to pay for the extra expense.

 

Firearms, etc.

This is a BIRD SANCTUARY !  Firearms, slingshots or BB guns are
NOT allowed in Camp

 

Firewood

Remember this is Camp Thicket.  Please do not cut any brush or trees.  Bring your own firewood or charcoal.  If you find wood that is cut and stacked, you are welcome to use it.

 

Camp Grounds

No food or beverages are allowed in the sleeping areas.  No smoking in the buildings.  No alcoholic beverages, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed in the Camp.

Proper conduct is to be observed at all times.
